报告人简介：Professor Lyukmanova is a recognized expert in membrane protein structure-function research. She has studied nAChRs for over 25 years and achieved a series of outstanding results in discovering and characterizing of endogenous proteins regulating nAChR function from diverse organisms, including humans. Her work has identified multiple novel compounds for treatment of cognitive disorders and cancer, with associated Russian and international patents filed. Professor Lyukmanova’s research has been honored with prestigious awards from the Russian Academy of Sciences and personal grants from the President of the Russian Federation. She is a recipient of the Russian Academy of Sciences Young Scientist Award, the Presidential Award for Young Scientists of the Russian Federation, and the L'Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science International Award. Over the past five years, she has published 47 SCI papers in journals including Nature communications, Communications Biology, Journal of Investigative Dermatology, Cell Death & Disease, Acta Physiologica, Cell Death Discovery, Molecular Neurobiology, and Neurobiology of Aging.
